What Can The Banners Say?

Anything you want! You can use the information you have been given--such as the job description they were looking at--to populate the banner dynamically. In the banner above, the title "Midwest Sales Careers" could easily be "Customer Service Careers" for someone else. Cool, huh?

For example, one of our customers with a consumer franchise also uses the banner ads to promote their products, thus serving two purposes. It not only enhances their employer brand but also helps drive sales. Another of our customers emailed their technical talent pool with an offer of a white paper. Despite getting 200 people to both read the email and immediately click the download link, another 800 people read the email without clicking.
